How to start meditation for a beginner
Please follow the following meditation practices in the beginning:(one or all)
1. You can focus on your breath mindfully with closed eyes. Focus on your breath from start to end while breathing in and breathing out.
2. Breath in through your nose and while breathing out say Oooommm in a comfortable voice. Focus on your breath while breathing in and on the sound of Om while breathing out.
3. You can say Ooommm in the similar way in your mind in total silence and focus on it in your mind.
4. You can also do mantra chanting loudly or in your mind.
