Bhairava and Bhairavi Mudras
- Relaxing Meditation Mudras: Bhairava and Bhairavi Mudras are done by meditators while relaxing or just letting go. When you want to maintain a meditative posture place your hands on the lap with right hand on top of left hand (Bhairava Mudra) or Left hand on top of right hand (Bhairavi Mudra). This mudra is done without the purpose of awakening the forces of the auras. This is a classic hand position.
